We had already encountered this same issue in 2024, which had been resolved in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, despite our daily follow-ups, the situation persisted and the responsibility was attributed to our website, without a prompt resolution.

🚀 Decision: changing hosting provider

Given this situation, we decided to look for a reliable and long-term solution. After careful evaluation, we selected a new, more reliable hosting provider to improve the stability and performance of our website.

🛠️ Migration scheduled for tomorrow

The migration to the new server is scheduled for tomorrow starting at 3:00 PM.

👉 During this operation, the website will be under maintenance for approximately 3 hours.

During this time:

• The website may be temporarily unavailable
• Orders cannot be placed
• Access to customer accounts may be unavailable
